We boast a contemporary and vibrant decor, complemented by lush indoor greenery. The house is well illuminated, featuring expansive glass windows with curtains that effectively control the amount of sunlight entering the rooms, ensuring a comfortable ambiance.

The property is a two-story building, completely divided into independent sections. The portion available for rent is the spacious and inviting first floor, offering direct access to the swimming pool! The entire second floor is exclusively reserved for guests, granting them the liberty to engage in activities within the set rules.

Our dedicated cleaning staff attends to daily housekeeping, including changing sheets and towels. The pool is maintained and cleaned every other day, while an appointed night-time security personnel oversees the external premises. Additionally, we provide the services of a professional chef at your request.
